Return and Refund Policy

Gems & Jewels doesn’t accept any return if the customer doesn’t like the products. We offer an easy 7-day Refund Policy in case of damaged and defective products to our customers. Please ensure that you take an unboxing video. Please ensure you take an unboxing video of the package before opening it.

If a customer receives damaged or defective products(s) from Gems & Jewels (attributable to, and accepted by Gems & Jewels after due verification), he/she/they may initiate a request for refund the Product by sending us an email to support@shop.dnamarketinghub.com

The customer shall initiate such requests for a refund not later than 7 days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product.Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours of receiving your email. Once we receive the UNCUT UNBOXING video, we will verify the video and damaged products by our quality team. This is subject to the refund having met the following requirements:

Mandatory Criteria for RETURN:
Refund (if products are damaged and defective) request to be raised within 7 days from the delivery date by writing an email to support@shop.dnamarketinghub.com.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

STEP 1: Once you receive damaged or defective products, immediately send an email at support@shop.dnamarketinghub.com with your Order No. and Product details/SKU code with uncut unboxing video of the product. Please note all refund requests need to be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

STEP 2: Our Customer Care team will revert on your Return request email within 24- 48 hours.

STEP 3: We will verify and a revert back within 3 days.
The process will take 7 to 10 days to verify. Your patience is highly appreciated.
If the product(s) meets all the criterion for refund, then we will initiate your refund within 24-48 working hours of verification. You will receive an email regarding your refund.

Please note that the entire process of refund, from the day of us receiving your email to you receiving the exchange/ monetary refund may take roughly between 10-15 days.

Please note- All refund requests must be emailed to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Note: In the case of Monetary Refund, we will be deducting a small amount depending on your order value, against logistics charges & will refund you the balance amount.
IMPORTANT – REFUND/EXCHANGE ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON:

  1. ‘Scratch & Dent Sale’ products.
  2. Vintage Afghani Jewellery, Handmade items. We will not be accepting any returns for these products as they are antique one-of-a-kind pieces. Moreover, these are vintage and handmade pieces that may have certain marks, cuts, dents etc which cannot be considered as defects.
